We are constantly looking for new family genealogies which we can use to further our understanding of the part that genetics plays in sexual preference.

If you have any instance of non-heterosexual behavior or alcoholism in your family tree, which you would be willing to share with us, please complete the following questionnaire.

Someone will be in touch with you to complete the survey. All names and personal data will be treated confidentially in keeping with scientific data collection practices. Your family data will be presented anonymously in any research papers.

The information we seek on your family tree would be ...

Each member's gender
Their relationships and position in the tree (mother, father, uncle, aunts, brother, sister, etc.)
Their sexual preference, persuasion, behavior
Any history of illness or alcoholism or any other relevant information that you may have.
And finally a willingness to share blood and tissue samples from living relatives
